Disappointed! My car was fixed but with many hassles along the way. I was originally quoted $900. Waited 7 days longer than the original timeline I was given. Called everyday to check on the status and was promised to be called back the next day and never was. Finally, was presented a bill of $1,600 without ever being notified of an increase in cost or a request for do additional work outside the scoped request. Fought them on the final amount and finally had charges for AC work taken off the bill that I never even had requested. Do not recommend.

We had a few items on a used grand cherokee to fix, including some rust removal on the roof. Ryan and the body shop did an incredible job with each item requested. We'll be driving this vehicle across the country later this year and will definitely have them go through everything to get it ready for the long drive.

They came highly recommended to me and I finally understand why after the experience I personally had. I will recommend this auto shop to all! I had an outstanding customer experience from Elijah at the front to Ryan who performed the bodywork and Chuba who installed various items and sensors on my car. The people working on in the main shop are professional, friendly and kind. They have a beautiful and clean waiting room and they perform all the work for West Palm Beach Police and Riviera Beach PD and I can see why. They are experts and true artists of their craft when it comes to fixing cars and also can provide you with quotes for glass and mechanic repairs. Not to mention, their prices are reasonable, honest and fair for the incredible work they perform. Big shout out to Ryan and Chuba for going above and beyond for me and helping me fix my car, I will always be so grateful for you both and for the entire staff at Griffin Auto. I'll recommend you to everyone I know

Excellent experience!!! Best prices!!! Best group of professionals!! Outstanding work and customer service. From the moment Elijah picked up the call, he was so professional and checked to ensure they would be able to help me with my very complicated issue. He transferred me to Ryan who answered all of my questions and was extremely professional given the fact that I called many times to ask questions and verify certain information. I brought them the car, they did a diagnostic on the vehicle and recommended the necessary work that needed to be performed. I was impressed with their waiting room, as it was very clean and aesthetically nice with couches you can wait. Every staff member greeted me and was very friendly and personable. With each procedure that the car needed, they were honest, upfront and exceeded my expectation when it came to pricing. Ryan and Chuba were excellent in performing the work on the vehicle and I was ready with the car in a few days. Ryan and Chuba were extremely thorough and called to update me periodically and keep me informed on my car. They educated me on a lot of things that I did not have knowledge on and were very patient with each question I had, t

It’s always hard to find a good mechanic for my Sprinter van. When my cabin AC stopped working, I called around different shops, but Griffin Auto seemed like the most trustworthy. They were available to fit me in for an appointment the next day, knew exactly what service I needed (vacuum recharge and pressure check), gave me a transparent quote, and set clear expectations. When I arrived there, I was greeted by Russell who kept me posted over the few hours the diagnostic tool. Within 4 hours, I drove off with a working AC and it cost me exactly what they quoted. Because my van is also a DIY camper that I travel and live in part time, I’m super particular on where I take it for service. These guys were awesome! Great auto shop - fast, clean, friendly, fair and affordable. Will definitely be getting my regular maintenance done here.
